Empowering Tanzania's Next Generation of Entrepreneurs
Jiajiri, Uajiri 2026 is a nationwide youth economic empowerment initiative organized by Pawa Consultants Limited In collaboration with Adhahabi Group Limited, both locally-owned companies by recent graduates from the University of Dar es Salaam.
The Problem We're Solving
Tanzania produces thousands of college and university graduates every year, yet a significant number remain unemployed or underemployed due to limited job opportunities, lack of practical business skills, and insufficient exposure to entrepreneurship or self-employment pathways.
Entrepreneurship education in institutions remains largely theoretical, and there is low awareness of how to legally start, register, and structure businesses.
Our Approach
We transform unemployed graduates into job creators by equipping them with practical entrepreneurship skills, business registration support, and startup mentorship.
Through 10-days intensive bootcamps across 9 zones, followed by business registration clinics, mentor matching, and sustainability incubation, we provide a complete pathway from idea to operating business.
